3. Eligibility

– Users must provide accurate and complete information during registration. 

4. Subscription & Payment 

– Services are available through Silver, Gold, and Platinum subscription plans. 
– Fees are non-refundable except as required by law. 
– Users agree to timely payment of subscription charges. 

5. User Responsibilities 

You agree not to: 
– Post false, misleading, or unlawful content. 
– Infringe intellectual property or proprietary rights. 
– Use the platform for scams, fraud, or prohibited activities. 
– Share your account credentials with unauthorized users. 

6. Intellectual Property 

All content, trademarks, logos, and software on The Prime Shark are owned by us and protected by law. Unauthorized use is prohibited. 

7. Limitation of Liability 

The Prime Shark is a networking and business facilitation platform. We do not guarantee investment outcomes, business deals, or profits. Use of the platform is at your own risk. 

8. Termination 

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent/misleading activities. 

9. Governing Law 

These Terms are governed by the laws of United Arab Emirates (UAE). Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Dubai. 

10. Modifications 

We may revise these Terms at any time. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance of changes.
